Roaming minutes are treated as regular minutes on the Sprint network, and all the current Sprint plans include unlimited minutes of talk in the U.S. If your account includes unlimited minutes, you should see no additional charge for making calls while outside the Sprint network in the U.S. You may receive a charge, however, for data roaming. It is not designed to be the primary source of your data coverage. Sprint limits the amount of data you can use while you are roaming, depending on your plan's allowance. You can monitor your roaming usage online at My Sprint. Sprint Global Roaming Sprint's Global Roaming package is included with all Sprint plans. It includes unlimited SMS texting in more than 185 destinations, data up to 2G speed, and calls for 20 cents per minute. Check the Sprint website to see if your destination is on the list. If you can't live with the 2G speed, you can add high-speed data for a day or a week in any of the 185 destinations Anyone with a Sprint Unlimited plan already has free high-speed data, calls, and text in Canada and Mexico, and free long distance calls from the U.S. to Canada and Mexico. The fee for other international calls placed from the U.S. is the International Rate plus standard airtime rates.
