VisionTek Support VisionTek provides technical support for their products through an online support website. This website is where you'll find everything mentioned below, including VisionTek's software and manual downloads, FAQs, contact details, and more. However, also on the support page are links to warranty registration, warranty information, a memory selector for help in choosing what kind of memory to buy when upgrading your computer, and an RMA request form if you need to return or exchange a VisionTek product. Some of the links below and other resources on the VisionTek website require Flash content to load in your browser. If your web browser has Flash turned off or does not support it, you will only see white space on the page. VisionTek Driver Download VisionTek provides an online source to download drivers for their hardware. To download VisionTek drivers, first select the product category from the first box on that page, then choose the correct model of the device in question in the second box, and then finally pick from the list of operating systems to choose the one that you need the driver for. Select the Download button to get the VisionTek driver. Make sure to know what operating system you have before contacting support or downloading drivers. Most downloads on VisionTek's website should be in the EXE format, meaning that you can open them right away and start installing the driver. However, it's possible that some are in the ZIP or even RAR format, in which case you'd need a program like 7-Zip or PeaZip to extract the EXE file from the archive. Although downloading drivers direct from VisonTek is always the best option, you may not be successful in finding the ones you're after. If that happens, please know that there are several other places to download drivers, and even free driver updater programs you can install to do all the downloading for you. VisionTek Product Manuals Many of the user guides, instructions, and other manuals for VisionTek hardware are available on the VisionTek support website. Downloading product manuals from VistionTek works just like downloading drivers — select the device's model from the proper category to see the specific user manual for your device appear on the far right side. Choosing the Open button with that user manual selected will load the manual as a PDF, which will either open in your browser if you have a built-in PDF reader or will prompt you to download the manual to your computer. If the VisionTek product manual opens in your browser but you want to download it to your computer instead, put your mouse near the top or bottom of the PDF and select the save/download button. The steps might be a bit different depending on the browser you're using. VisionTek Telephone Support VisionTek provides technical support over the phone at 1-866-883-5411. It is highly recommended have as many details as possible on your issue before talking to tech support. VisionTek Forum and Email Support VisionTek provides support for their hardware products via an online form where you will enter your name, email address, and a message in the appropriate boxes. You can also contact VisionTek directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional VisionTek Support Options VisionTek also provides a frequently asked questions page as another source for support. Some questions and answers there have to do with video cards, memory, SSD cloning, liquid cooling, and more. Their FAQ page is really helpful because you can look for answers yourself and get them instantly without having to call VisionTek or wait to hear back over email.
