This program can be challenging to remove, particularly since the software does not have a built-in uninstall function. Additionally, unlike most other anti-virus programs, you may need to use a reCAPTCHA to uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere. How to Delete Webroot SecureAnywhere From a PC With Windows Application Wizard Because Webroot SecureAnywhere is so difficult to remove from your computer fully, there are several potential methods you can use to delete it. This is the easiest means of deleting Webroot from your PC. Hold down the Windows key and the R key at the same time to open the Run box. Enter appwiz.cpl in the Run box and click OK. You can also open the Control Panel and select Uninstall a Program. Look through the Uninstall window until you locate the Webroot product. Right-click on Webroot, then click the Uninstall button. You may receive a notification that the Webroot Anti-virus is already running. If so, Right-click on the Webroot icon in the taskbar and select Shut Down.
