As an IT professional, Tricia began writing out steps and processes for coworkers in a way that alleviated the stress and intimidation that sometimes comes with learning new technology. She enjoyed creating these tutorials so much that she began writing tutorials online. 

For nearly 5 years, Tricia was the newsletter editor at, for whom she wrote daily tips, tricks and tutorials for Microsoft Office applications. She has also been a contributing editor at Bright Hub and had tutorials, guides and reviews published across the internet.

My Gear

At home, I work on a 2019 HP Pavilion All-in-One PC. On the go (or on the couch), I use my 2019 HP 17z touchscreen laptop. My Samsung Galaxy S10e keeps me connected wherever I roam. Alexa helps me run my household and stay entertained, with four Alexa-enabled devices ranging from Echo Dots to Echo Shows scattered throughout. We stream all our entertainment using a combination of Rokus, Fire Sticks, and Fire TVs.
