Tricia Goss has been a freelance writer and editor for more than a decade. Tricia specializes in software tutorials and guides. She loves nothing more than helping people learn new, easier or better ways to make tech work for them.
As an IT professional, Tricia began writing out steps and processes for coworkers in a way that alleviated the stress and intimidation that sometimes comes with learning new technology. She enjoyed creating these tutorials so much that she began writing tutorials online.
For several years, Tricia was the newsletter editor at OfficeUsers.org, for whom she wrote daily tips, tricks and tutorials for Microsoft Office applications. She has also been a contributing editor at Bright Hub and had tutorials, guides and reviews published across the internet.
Tricia attended Pima College in Tucson Arizona. She is a Microsoft Office Specialist in Word and Excel.
