This article explains how to screenshot on a Logitech keyboard. The instructions below apply to all Logitech keyboards, including the Logitech K780 Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard, and all versions.

How Do You Screenshot on a Logitech Wireless Keyboard?

To take a screenshot on Windows, press Windows key+PrtSc. If PrtSc shares a key with another button (such as Insert, Tap, or Delete), you may need to press Fn+Windows key+PrtSc. To capture only the active window, use Windows key+Alt+PrtSc.

To take a screenshot on Mac, press Shift+Command+3. Alternatively, press Shift+Command+4 to select the portion of the screen you want to capture, or press Shift+Command+4+Spacebar to capture a specific screen element (such as a menu or app). To see all of your screenshot options including a screen recorder, press Shift+Command+5.

On some Logitech keyboards, the Windows Key is represented by the Start key (between Fn and Alt).

How Do You Print Screen on a Logitech Wireless Keyboard?

The Print Screen key (often shortened to PrtScr or PrtSc) may be represented by a Camera icon. It might have its own dedicated key, or it could share one of the function keys at the top of the keyboard. If you want to reassign the PrtSc command, you can remap the Windows keyboard and even create your own custom screenshot shortcuts.

On Windows, open the File Explorer and go to This PC > Pictures > Screenshots to see your screenshots. On Mac, screenshots are saved to the desktop.
