As an IT professional, Steven began writing out processes and procedures for everyone, from co-workers to businesses he's worked with in the past. Having used a variety of different computer systems since his youth, he's had a unique perspective of growing with the technology he informs others about.

Steve holds certifications in website design and GDPR, and a degree in Media Arts and Entertainment Technology.
