How to Snooze Emails Using the Gmail Website If you’re using the Gmail website to check your inbox, follow these easy steps to snooze an email to answer at a later time or date. Visit the Gmail website and log in to your account if prompted. Hover your mouse over the email you wish to snooze. From the icons that appear to the right side of the email, select the clock icon. The word ‘Snooze’ will appear when your mouse is hovering over the correct selection. Once selected, set the date and time you wish to be reminded of the email. How to Snooze Emails Using the Gmail Mobile App If you’re using the Gmail mobile app on iOS or Android, follow these steps to snooze an email to answer at a later time or date. Open the Gmail mobile app and log in to your account if prompted. Hold your finger down over the email you wish to snooze. Select the options icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, which appears as three horizontal dots. From the menu that appears, select the Snooze function.
