Are there secret corners of the Web that have piqued your interest, but (for whatever reason) you're keeping these sites to yourself? Perhaps the content is a bit eye roll-inducing, maybe the site is so over the top silly or crazy that you're a bit embarrassed to share. In this article, we've taken reader feedback for the ten sites that we all love to visit - but we're not going to admit it. NOTE: Some of these websites contain adult content. Viewer discretion is advised.

Buzzfeed

Buzzfeed, also known as The Most Addictive Site on the Internet. With headlines like "14 Inspiring Pets That Don't Let Anything Get Them Down", "101 Mistakes You Should Totally Make In Your Twenties", and "19 Things The Saddest Man In The World Is Probably Thinking Right Now", we're not going to blame you for wanting to visit this insanely addictive site for your daily dose of shiny/pretty/interesting.

Neopets

MACAROONS--1.png

You know what? Just because you've faithfully taken care of your virtual pet for several years - checking in on family vacations, making sure the little guy is fed and watered before you go out on a romantic outing, putting the care and feeding of your Neopet into any family legal documents - nobody is going to judge you for that. Especially when that little guy is so adorable, right?

Wookieepedia

MACAROONS--5.png

Wookieepedia is not for casual watchers of the Star Wars saga of movies; this site is a true fan destination that anyone can edit; quotes, films, spinoffs, television, books, actors, spoilers - you name it in the Star Wars universe, it's most likely to be here. Use the Force to try and stay away from this site, but you'll most likely have a bad feeling about doing so.

Facebook

MACAROONS--5.png

Facebook - otherwise known as "mysterious black hole of time" - can be both a blessing and a curse. Sure, you can track your crush from high school, but on the other hand, you can track your crush from high school. Facebook takes people-watching to a whole new level; after all, those photo albums aren't going to click themselves.

People of Walmart

MACAROONS--5.png

We all love low prices as well as the next person, but sometimes, there's a little something "extra" you can get at Wal-Mart - as documented on People of Walmart. People watching takes on a whole new level here (you probably don't want to know what "bottom biscuits" are), and new images are submitted every day.

Boohbah.tv

MACAROONS--5.png

Boohbah was originally a children's TV show, and sure, kids can watch it, but it's gained some pretty strong popularity with adults as well for the pure "trippiness" of it; seriously, it's somewhat trance-inducing. What's going on here? Nobody really knows, but it's hard to resist trying to figure it out.

The Home Page of Peter Pan

MACAROONS--5.png

Peter Pan - aka Randy Constan - lives in Florida, plays a wicked jazz guitar, and in his spare time dresses up like a fairy. No, really. This site is gently weird and is oddly compelling. Make sure to check out all the Fashion photo shoots; you won't regret it (and don't forget to listen to Randy's music, he's very accomplished).

Yahoo Answers

MACAROONS--8.png

Yahoo Answers is a purely community curated question and answer site, and that seems perfectly reasonable, until you start reading questions like "how do I pretend I am dead?", "can you get pregnant from watching a health class video?", and "how do I add a new letter to the alphabet?". These are just the tip of the iceberg; many more are added on an hourly basis. And it's not just the questions; the answers are just as interesting.

TMZ

MACAROONS--8.png

TMZ is the guilty pleasure that you hide when your co-worker glances over, but then instantly go back to so you can get your fix for gossip, celebrity fashion, more gossip, and just basically a giant excuse to procrastinate. TMZ is known for their, ahem, "questionable" content, and not necessarily for their journalistic integrity, so to speak.
