Is your Sim having trouble focusing due to the tragic loss of a close friend or loved one? Well, worry no more. Now, instead of paying your respects at the graveyard, you can play mad scientist and try to resurrect a dead Sim. Here's what you'll need: one dead Sim (naturally), access to his or her urn, a little patience, and a call from the science lab. Here's where the patience comes in: you have to wait for the phone call. Resurrecting a dead Sim is considered an "opportunity," so if your Sim has a lot of skills, you'll have to wait longer than if your Sim has few skills. To speed up the process, you can clear out your Sim's list of opportunities until the correct one (entitled "Oh My Ghost") pops up. Once you receive the call, you'll need to take the urn to the lab for an opportunity to have the dearly departed cross over to the land of the living — as a playable ghost.
