You can always install the others apps at a later date if needed. After you've installed the apps you need on your iPhone, open one of them (except Outlook) and in the Sign In field, enter your Microsoft 365 email address and password. Once you sign in, you’re automatically activated and logged in for all Microsoft 365 apps. If you don’t have a Microsoft 365 account, you can get a free 30-day trial or sign up for service at the Microsoft 365 website or tap the Activate icon at the bottom of the iPhone screen. Repeat the process by entering the next email and password. How to Set Up an Exchange Account in Outlook on the iPhone If you have a Microsoft Exchange account to add to Outlook, the setup process is straightforward. If Outlook tries adding this as the wrong kind of account, you can tap the link at the top-right of the screen to change the kind of account Outlook is configuring. Enter the email address for your first email account, then select Add Account. Enter the password for the account. Choose Sign In. How to Set Up an IMAP Account in Outlook on the iPhone If you have an IMAP account, the process is slightly different. You’ll need to have information from your email provider, such as your IMAP and SMTP usernames and passwords. You can usually find this on the email provider’s website. Enter the email address for your first email account, then choose Add Account. Enter the password for the account and the Display Name (the name you want email recipients to see when you send email). Select the Use Advanced Settings toggle to turn it on. Enter the information requested on this form, including details for the IMAP Incoming mail server and the SMTP Outgoing mail server.
