  4. Under More Controls, scroll down to Screen Recording and tap on the green plus (+) icon next to it. It will now appear in the Include section. (If it's already in the Include section you can skip this step.)

  5. Press your device's Home button (if it has one) or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

  6. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen or swipe down from the top, depending on your iPhone version, to access the iOS Control Center. You should notice a new icon that looks like a record button. Tap it. If prompted, tap the Start Recording button.

The recording tool will capture everything on your screen, including incoming notifications. We recommend enabling Do Not Disturb mode beforehand to avoid items such as text messages and phone calls from interrupting.

  7. A countdown will display (3, 2, 1) before the recording begins. When you leave the Control Center, you'll see a red bar at the top of your screen or a red time indicator in the upper left-hand corner.

  8. Tap the red bar or the timer to stop. A pop-up message will appear, asking if you'd like to finish.

  9. Tap Stop. You'll get a notification that the recording is in the Photos app.
