Which Products Will Be Announced?

We're looking for a slew of laptops to break at this event. Specifically, we're expecting at least four new products in the Book line, thanks to info from leakers like Evan Blass and WalkingCat. There could be more models on tap but these are the models we're hearing about:

  • Galaxy Book
  • Galaxy Book Pro
  • Galaxy Book Pro 360
  • Galaxy Book Go

Both Pro models should arrive in two sizes (13 inch and 15 inch) and two colors (blue or silver for the Pro and navy or gold for the Pro 360). According to Evan Blass at Voice, specs include 11th gen silicon from Intel, nVidia MX450 graphics, full HD AMOLED displays, and Thunderbolt4 or LTE cellular modem options.

Will there be support for a new S Pen? If rumors are to be believed, the answer is yes (at least for the Book Pro). There's also some conjecture that the '360' moniker is a reference to laptop/tablet hybrid with a 360-degree hinge.

The Book Go seems to be shaping up as a hybrid between a 5G PC and the Microsoft Surface Go. WalkingCat, the prolific leaker/tweeter, and others are claiming that the Book Go will run Windows on ARM and run on Snapdragon 8cx SoC.

Don't look for the Galaxy Tab lineup at this event; that's more likely to show up in early summer instead. (We think.)

Product Release Dates

Pre-orders will be the name of the game coming out of this event; we don't expect full release of the laptops to happen until May, if WalkingCat is to be believed.
