Ronda Bowen

Experience

For the past 10 years, Ronda Bowen has been writing for a variety of tech companies and small businesses. She has written and edited training manuals, website content, and press releases. 

She is currently the Vice President of Editorial Services at Creative Mindscape. She manages social media and creates content for a variety of clients. From 2008-2011, she was a contributing editor at BrightHub.com. 

She co-authored the book Success in Life Through Personality Engineering with Murali Chemuturi, a software engineer. 

Education

Ronda studies at the Ph.D. level, at Michigan State University. Areas of specialization included symbolic logic. She also has obtained a MA in Philosophy from Northern Illinois University and a BA in Philosophy from California State University, Chico.

Technology has brought people together in some really amazing ways. I think that, by and large, technology allows us to do things that even 50 years ago, people did not believe would be possible. When I'm writing about technology, I'm coming at it from a viewpoint that technology should be used to enhance our lives and that we tend to be more afraid of it than we need to be.
