You can unblock these blocked senders in Outlook.com with just a couple clicks and start receiving mail from them once again. Instructions in this article apply to Outlook.com and Outlook Online. Unblock a Blocked Sender There might be other ways you're blocking email addresses through Outlook.com, so be sure to read through all steps below to make sure you're opening your account enough to get mail from the recipient in question. To unblock addresses from your blocked sender's list: Go to Settings. Select View all Outlook settings. Select Mail. Select Junk email. In the Blocked Senders and domains section, you'll see a list of senders that you've blocked in the past. To remove an address, select the trash can next to the email address. Select Save. Close the Settings window. This also works on addresses blocked with a Sweep filter.
