Unfortunately, that goal can be frustrating and seemingly unattainable: There is no way to set printer margins in Windows Mail. That does not mean you can't choose the margins you want or switch from landscape to portrait mode. You just have to look elsewhere to do it. Adjust Printer Margins and Orientation for Windows Mail Internet Explorer uses the same print settings as Windows Mail. To set the margins used for printing emails in Windows Mail: Launch Internet Explorer.Select File > Page Setup in the Internet Explorer menu. You may have to hold down the Alt key to see the menu. The default margin setting is 0.75 inch.Adjust the margins under Margins and page orientation under Orientation to your liking. Click OK. Adjust Print Size for Windows Mail Use the same approach when you want to change the text size of a Windows Mail message before printing: Launch Internet Explorer.Select View in the Internet Explorer menu. You may have to hold down the Alt key to see the menu. Choose Text Size and make the size adjustment.Click OK. Now, go back to Windows Mail. You should be able to print a Windows Mail message as usual with the margins and text size you chose in Internet Explorer.
