Here's how to get your Outlook address book from your screen onto paper. Instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010; and Outlook for Office 365. Open Outlook and go to People. In the My Contacts pane, select the contacts folder you want to print. Select File > Print. In the Settings section, choose a style. The preview changes to display the selected style. Select Print Options. In the Print dialog box, select the page range that you want to print and the number of copies.
