How to Print From Microsoft Edge

Printing from Microsoft Edge works the same way as printing from any other application, but you may run into a number of issues centered around the inherent difficulties of printing a webpage. Simply printing with the default settings may not yield the results you’re looking for, with the presence of ads, strange formatting, and printing way more than you wanted representing some of the major problems you might have to deal with.

Here’s how to print an entire webpage in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Navigate to the page you want to print, and click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) located in the top right corner of the Edge window.

How to Print Just What You Can See in Microsoft Edge

If printing with default settings results in printing more than you want, you can try using the print settings to only print a custom number of pages. If you want to print just the literal Microsoft Edge window, including as much of the website that you can see in the Window, then the easiest option is to snap a screenshot and print that.

Here’s how to print just what you can see in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Navigate to the website you want to print, and configure the window the way you want it, whether that is windowed, full screen, or otherwise.
