Mail Gmail Tweet Share Email While it's possible to connect your Zoho Mail account to most email clients via IMAP, there are benefits to using Post Office Protocol (POP) instead. For example, enabling POP for Zoho Mail ensures that your emails are automatically downloaded to your computer for offline viewing. These instructions apply to the web version of Zoho Mail. All steps are the same regardless of which browser you use. How to Enable POP Access for Zoho Mail To configure Zoho Mail for email programs to fetch messages via POP: Select the gear in the top-right corner of Zoho Mail to open the Settings. Scroll down and select POP Access under Mail accounts. Select POP under your email address (if it's not already selected), then check the box beside POP Access. Choose All emails or Emails that arrive from now. All emails will offer all messages stored at the server for download to the email program.Emails that arrive from now will only permit access to emails that arrive after you enable POP access. Optionally, select Include Spam Folders and/or Auto-Delete Mails. Auto-Delete Mails will remove all mail from the Zoho Mail servers once they've been downloaded to another device or service. Select the X beside the Settings tab to close it. How Set Up Your Email Client for Zoho Mail POP Access Once you've enabled POP access on Zoho Mail, then you need to set up access on the email program or service you want to use. To connect your Zoho Mail account with the Mail app for Windows 10: Open the Windows Mail app and select Add account. Select Other account. Enter your Zoho email address, your name, and your Zoho Mail password. Select Done. Zoho Mail POP and SMTP Settings Many email clients require you to enter the POP and SMTP settings manually.
