Experience

With over 30 years’ experience in the information technology field, Lisa has educated and instructed end-users at all technical levels from the consumer up to business executives. With every technical position, she has always been tasked with creating both technical documentation and how-to manuals for users.

With her entertaining knack of communicating technical topics with simplicity, she often taught employees at the university the ins and outs of many popular software suites. As part of the University of Oklahoma IT Branding team, Lisa promoted and educated staff and faculty on the care of their personal systems, especially in regards to good cyber security habits. She led the Cybersecurity Awareness Month festivities and seminars for over ten years. Her desire to help and educate others on technology is her true passion.

Lisa earned her Bachelor’s in Creative Writing and English at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
