Jerri L. Ledford is a freelance technology writer with more than 20 years' experience writing for consumer and business publications. She specializes in applications such as Google Apps, Microsoft Word, and cloud-based applications. Jerri also writes about gadgets such as the Samsung Galaxy line of phones, iPads, and laptop computers.

Jerri has written thousands of articles which have appeared both online and in print for publications such as Computerworld, PCMag,, Intel, Ziff Davis, and many more. She also designs training courses and materials for corporations and occasionally speaks at industry conferences.

Previously, Jerri was a Content Project Manager for Studio B and Mighty Guides, where she helped B2B clients conceptualize and develop both business-facing and customer-facing content; she managed a team of over three dozen writers, editors, and designers.


Jerri studied English and Technical Writing at Western Kentucky University. Since college, she continues her education through online and university courses in technology, marketing, project management, and writing courses. Jerri holds certifications in creative writing, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
