1. Press the Guide button and select Store.

2. Select the Search function.

3. Type Blu-Ray Player.

4. Select Blu-Ray Player from the search results.

5. Select Get or Install.

6. Insert a disc into your Xbox Series X.

7. Launch the Blu-Ray Player app.

8. Your disc will start playing just as if you were using a standalone Blu-ray or DVD player.

How to Control the Blu-ray Player App

You probably don’t have a remote for your Xbox Series X, but your Xbox controller can serve the same purpose easily enough. In addition to streaming services, you can also purchase and rent movies directly from Microsoft through your Xbox.
