Delete all commitments for the next 10 days and these appointments are gone from Google Calendar and Outlook right away. How to Sync Google, Outlook, and iPhone Calendars A third-party application is required to keep Google Calendar, the Outlook calendar, and iPhone Calendar in sync automatically on a Windows PC running Outlook. Here's how to install Sync2 to enable syncing between Outlook and Google calendars: Download Sync2 and run the setup file. Although Sync2 is a premium paid application, a free trial is available. Select the free trial or paid version on the setup wizard and select Next. Choose Google Services and select Next. Choose Microsoft Outlook Calendar and select Next. Select Login to Google and enter your Google account information to log in. Allow the connection if prompted and select Next. Select Next and choose Finish to apply the settings. Wait while setup completes. Set up Synchronization With Your iPhone After synchronization is set up between Outlook and Google, adjust your phone settings to allow synchronization with Google Services using the Calendar app. Open Settings on your iPhone. Select Passwords & Accounts. Select Add account and choose Google. Enter the email address associated with your Google account, select Next, then enter your password. Choose Next.
