Thankfully, in order to create or edit these files, it's not necessary to have Photoshop or any other paid editor. There are several free online GIF makers or applications that allow you to create or edit GIFs. These instructions will work for either Windows or macOS users. How to Edit a GIF Using EZGIF.com EZGIF.com is an online GIF maker and editor and the steps to edit a GIF are fairly simple. Here are some of the things you can do with it. Add or Remove Images From the GIF Launch your favorite browser and go to ezgif.com. Select GIF Maker. Select Choose Files. Select the GIF file you want to modify, then select Open. If you would like to add any images to your GIF, select them along with the GIF file. Select Upload and make a GIF. Re-arrange the order of the images. You can select Skip on the images you'd like to remove from your GIF file. Once you're done, select Save. Browse to the folder you want to save your edited GIF file, give it a name, then select Save. Open your edited GIF and enjoy. How to Resize a GIF Follow steps 1-5 above. Once the file opens, select Resize. Enter the new measurements in the Width and Height fields, then select Resize image.
