How to Log Into Samsung Account to Turn off Bixby Features Before you can disable Bixby features, first log in to your Samsung account to access Bixby settings. Select the Bixby button or swipe right on the device screen to access Bixby Home. Select Next. Select a language for Bixby Voice. Select Sign In. Enter the Samsung account username and password, then confirm the login. How to Disable the Bixby Button It's easy to accidentally press the Bixby key, located on the left side of many Samsung devices, and below the volume rockers. If you haven't set up Bixby, this prompts you to set up the feature. If you have set up Bixby, the Bixby Homepage opens. Either way, this action is typically a distraction from what you may be doing on your smartphone. Disabling the Bixby key on the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S9, Galaxy S8, and Galaxy Note 8 is simple.
