If you're running out of cloud storage space, you can delete apps from your iCloud to make room for more content. Instructions in this article apply to iCloud for iOS devices as well as Windows and Mac computers. How to Delete an App From iCloud on iOS To delete apps from iCloud on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch: Tap Settings on your device's home screen. Tap your name at the top of the Settings interface. Tap iCloud. Tap Manage Storage. Tap Backups. You'll see a list of all devices tied to your iCloud account. Tap the device containing the apps you wish to delete. If you want to delete iCloud apps from more than one device, you'll need to repeat these steps accordingly. Tap Show All Apps. Tap the toggle next to the name of the app that you wish to delete from iCloud. A message will appear towards the bottom of the screen, asking if you want to turn off backups for this particular app and delete its related data from iCloud. How to Delete Apps From iCloud on Mac If you want to delete apps from iCloud on macOS, follow these steps: Select the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen. Select System Preferences from the drop-down menu. Select the iCloud icon from the macOS System Preferences dialog. Enter your Apple ID and password if prompted. If you have two-factor authentification set up, you may also be asked to enter a verification code that was sent to one of your other devices.
