All of this data can take up quite a bit of space. Fortunately, it's a fairly straightforward procedure to delete apps from iCloud if you know which steps to take. Instructions in this article apply to iOS devices, macOS computers, and Windows devices. How to Delete Apps From iCloud on iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) Tap the Settings icon, located on your device's Home Screen. Select your name, located near the top of the Settings interface. Tap iCloud. Tap Manage Storage. Your iCloud Storage settings should now be visible. Tap Backups. In the Backups section will be a list of all devices tied to your iCloud account. Select the device containing the apps you wish to delete. If you want to delete apps from more than one device, you'll need to repeat these steps accordingly. Tap Show All Apps, located in the Choose Data to Back Up section. Locate the name of the app that you wish to delete from iCloud, then tap the on/off toggle accompanying it. A message will appear towards the bottom of the screen, asking if you want to turn off backups for this particular app and delete its related data from iCloud. Tap Turn Off & Delete to complete the process. You're done. Delete Apps From iCloud on macOS Click the Apple icon, located in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. When the drop-down menu appears, click System Preferences. macOS's System Preferences dialog should now be displayed, overlaying your desktop. Click the iCloud icon. If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password to continue. You may also be asked to enter a verification code that was sent to one of your other devices. The main iCloud interface should now be displayed. Click the Manage button, located in the lower right-hand corner of the window. The Manage Storage screen will now appear. Locate the desired app in the left menu pane, then click it once to select it. Click Delete Documents and Data, removing all files from your iCloud Backup associated with the app in question. A warning message may appear at this point. If so, click Delete to complete the process. That's it. Delete Apps From iCloud on Windows Launch the iCloud desktop app, then enter your Apple ID and password if prompted. You may also be asked to enter a verification code that was sent to one of your other devices. The main iCloud interface should now be displayed. Select the Storage button, located towards the lower right-hand corner of the window. The Manage Storage screen will now appear. Locate the desired app in the left menu pane, then select it. Select the Delete Documents and Data button, removing all files from your iCloud Backup associated with the app in question. A warning message may appear at this point. If so, select Delete to complete the process. You're done!
