If you've already redeemed it, you can check the Amazon gift card balance when you look at the Gift Card page. If you haven't redeemed it yet, you'll see the balance on the card once you redeem it on the Amazon website. How to Check Amazon Gift Card Balance on Amazon Website Navigate to Amazon. Select Accounts & Lists > Your Account. This option is located directly under your name on the right side of your screen. Select Gift Cards. Select Redeem a Gift Card. From this screen you can also redeem new gift cards, reload the balance, or set the balance to auto-reload.
