At some point, you may need to change the password to an email account you have through your GoDaddy Office 365 email plan. Change your GoDaddy Office 365 email password when you have a security issue on another website, find password-capturing malware, or want to enhance your security. GoDaddy used to offer free webmail Workspace email accounts, but it discontinued this service in 2019. While users were able to keep Workspace emails that were paid plans, new users are directed to paid plans featuring Office 365 email. Change Your GoDaddy Office 365 Email Password To update or reset your GoDaddy Office 365 email password: If you're not the account holder, send yourself a password reset email from the Office 365 login page if you set a recovery email address. Sign in to your GoDaddy account. Go to the Email & Office dashboard, then enter your GoDaddy username and password. In the Users section, select Manage next to your email address. Under Manage, select Password. Enter a New Password. Enter it again in Confirm password. Select Save. Your password has been reset. Password changes can take up to 30 minutes to take into effect. Change Workspace Email Password If you kept your Workspace email, here's how to change or reset your password: Log in to your Workspace email account. Select the expand icon in the row of the email address you want to change. Select Edit to open the Edit Account options. Enter the new password in the Change Password and in the Confirm Password fields. Select Save.
