To cancel your Playstation Now before the next renewal period is fairly simple, but you’ll need to follow the instructions below to ensure that you aren’t billed for the next pay period. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid getting charged. If you miss the cutoff time, your subscription will be renewed for the predefined period, whether it be one month, three months, or a full year. How to Cancel Your PlayStation Now Subscription on PS4 You can cancel PlayStation Now from your console settings. Select Settings, located along the PS4 UI bar and represented by a briefcase icon. When the Settings menu appears, scroll down, and select Account Management. A list of Account Management options should now be displayed. If most appear grayed out and unavailable, then you’ll first need to select Sign In and enter your PlayStation Network credentials if prompted. You might see a prompt to update your Profile settings at this point. If so, do as requested, selecting Next at each stage until completed. Select the Account Information option. Scroll down and select PlayStation Subscriptions. Choose the PS Now subscription from the list. Select Turn Off Auto-Renew to complete the process. How to Cancel Your PlayStation Now Subscription on PS3 Cancel PlayStation Now from your console settings. Choose PlayStation Network from the XMB (XrossMediaBar) row of options. Select Account Management. A list of Account Management options should now be displayed. Select Sign In and enter your PlayStation Network credentials if you see a prompt to do so. Select Transaction Management. Next, choose the Services List option. A list of active subscriptions should now be visible. Select the PS Now subscription and press the X button on your controller. Choose Cancel Automatic Renewal and press X again to complete the process. How to Cancel PS Now via a Web Browser Another way to cancel PlayStation Now online is through the website. Open your browser and navigate to the Sony Account Management interface. Enter your PlayStation Network credentials in the fields provided and click on Sign In. The Basic Account Information should now be displayed, listing your name and address, among other items. Click on Subscription in the left menu pane, located in the PlayStation Network section. A pop-up message may appear, informing you that you must visit another page. Click Continue. A new browser tab or window should now open, redirecting to the PlayStation Store’s Subscriptions Management interface. Locate the PS Now subscription from the list shown and select the Turn Off Auto-Renew link accompanying it. Select Confirm to complete the process. Even if you cancel well in advance of your upcoming renewal date, your subscription will remain active until that date, and you will still have full access to all games during that period.
