How to Unsubscribe From Bumble Boost on iPhone

If you use the Bumble app on an iOS device such as an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, you turn off a Bumble Boost subscription in the Settings app, not the Bumble app.

Here’s how to cancel Bumble payments on an iOS device.

Open Settings.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Bumble.
Tap Cancel Subscription, and then tap Confirm.

How to Cancel Bumble Subscriptions on Android

Canceling a Bumble Boost subscription on Android is significantly faster than on iOS. To cancel your Bumble Boost subscription on an Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Play app store, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and select Cancel next to Bumble.

What Happens When I Cancel Bumble Subscriptions?

When you cancel your Bumble Boost subscription, you can use it as usual until the next renewal date. For example, if you are usually charged on the 15th of the month and you cancel Bumble Boost on the 5th, you still have 10 days of full Bumble Boost functionality on your account.

You might have a month or two left on your subscription. The length of remaining time is displayed in your appropriate store settings.

Cancelling Bumble Boost does not close your Bumble account, nor does it delete its associated data. It reverts your account to the free basic version.

Can I Get a Refund After I Cancel Bumble Boost?

If you accidentally signed up for Bumble Boost or you discover that you were charged a fee for a 7-day or 14-day free trial, it’s natural to want a full refund. Officially, Bumble does not offer refunds for Bumble Boost subscriptions, but users have been known to get refunds by contacting the official Bumble Support Twitter account.

It may be possible to request a refund from Apple via the iTunes & App Store or Google via the Google Play store. This is usually what Bumble Support recommends due to the way subscriptions are charged on Android and iOS devices.
