The paid subscription isn’t for everyone, though, and you may find yourself wanting to cancel your subscription. Here's how to cancel Bumble Boost on iOS and Android, and you may even be able to get a refund if you’re lucky. How to Unsubscribe From Bumble Boost on iPhone If you use the Bumble app on an iOS device such as an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, you can turn off a Bumble Boost subscription by managing it within the Settings app, not the Bumble app. Most iOS app subscriptions are charged via Apple, not the app creator, so you’ll often need to manage such charges via the Settings or App Store apps. Here’s how to cancel Bumble payments on an iOS device. Open the Settings. Tap iTunes & App Store. Tap Apple ID at the top of the screen. A message should pop up. Tap View Apple ID. Tap Subscriptions. If Bumble doesn’t appear on your list of subscriptions, you could be signed into the wrong iTunes or Apple account. Tap Bumble. Tap Cancel Subscription. Tap Confirm. How to Cancel Bumble Subscriptions on Android Cancelling a Bumble Boost subscription on Android is significantly faster than on iOS. To cancel your Bumble Boost subscription on an Android smartphone or tablet, simply open the Google Play app store, tap Account > Subscriptions, then tap Cancel next to Bumble. What Happens When I Cancel Bumble Subscriptions? When you cancel your Bumble Boost subscription, you will still be allowed to use it as usual until the next renewal date. For example, if you usually get charged on the 15th of the month and you cancel Bumble Boost on the 5th, you will still have 10 days of full Bumble Boost functionality on your account. It is possible that you could have a month or two left on your subscription. The length of remaining time should be displayed within your appropriate store settings. Cancelling Bumble Boost will not close your Bumble account, nor will it delete its associated data. It will simply revert your account back to the free basic version used by most users. Can I Get a Refund After I Cancel Bumble Boost? If you’ve accidentally signed up for Bumble Boost or you’ve discovered that you’ve been charged a fee for a 7-day or 14-day free trial, it’s natural to want a full refund. Officially, Bumble does not offer refunds for Bumble Boost subscriptions, but users have been known to get refunds by contacting the official Bumble Support Twitter account. It may be possible to request a refund from Apple via the iTunes & App store or Google via the Google Play store. This is also usually what Bumble Support recommends after getting in touch with them due to the nature of the way subscriptions are charged on Android and iOS devices.
