Of course, a company logo is not the only reason for wanting to add an image to the email signature used in GoDaddy Webmail: maybe you'd like to add a handwritten signature, for instance, or a small emoji and smiling face. Whatever the motivation, graphics are easy to add to GoDaddy Webmail signatures. Add an Image to Your GoDaddy Webmail Signature To insert an image into the signature appended to emails you send in GoDaddy Webmail: Click the Settings gear in the GoDaddy Webmail toolbar. Select More settings… from the menu that comes up. Open the General tab. Position the text cursor where you want to put the image under Email signature. Click the Insert Inline Image button in the signature's formatting toolbar. Find and open the image you want to insert on your computer. If the image is larger than some 160x80 pixels, consider shrinking it to smaller proportions before inserting it.If the image's size exceeds a few (10 to 15) kilobytes, consider not only shrinking it but reducing its size (by limiting the number of colors, for example, or using a different format such as PNG).GoDaddy Webmail will attach the image to every email you send using the signature. Click Save. Add an Image to Your GoDaddy Webmail Classic Signature To equip your email signature used in GoDaddy Webmail Classic with a graphic or image: Click Settings in the GoDaddy Webmail Classic toolbar. See above for keeping the image to a practical size.GoDaddy Webmail Classic also sends the image along as an attachment with every message in which it is used. Click Insert. Now click OK.
