GoDaddy webmail is an inexpensive, full-featured option for small businesses and individuals who also have their domains hosted with GoDaddy. If you'd like to spiff up your GoDaddy webmail signature, it's easy to add an image, such as a company logo, or an emoji, smiley face, or handwritten signature. GoDaddy's Office 365 email packages range from as low as $1.99 per user per month for an email essentials package to a premium security package that costs $16.99 per user per month. How to Add an Image to Your GoDaddy Webmail Signature To insert an image into the signature for emails you send in GoDaddy's Office 365 webmail: These instructions also apply to any Outlook.com email account. Sign in to your GoDaddy webmail account. Select Outlook from your dashboard. Select Settings (gear icon) in the Outlook.com toolbar. Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom. Go to the Mail tab and then select Compose and reply. The Email signature box appears. On this toolbar, you have the option to insert an image, add a hyperlink, and format any text you enter. To add an image, select the Insert pictures inline tool. Navigate to the picture you want to add, and then select Open. To add text, type above or below the image as you would in a word processor. Use the dashboard tools to change the font color, adjust the text size, highlight text, add a hyperlink, and more. Select Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose and Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to, depending on your preferences. When you're satisfied with your signature, select Save. Your email signature now includes an image and text of your choosing. Change this signature any time by going back into Settings.
