Filtering shows themes that have 1/2/3 columns, specific colors, been marked under a particular category (Finance, Restaurant, Blog, etc.), and those that have its sidebars on the left, right, or both side of the page.

By default, the list of WordPress themes are sorted by newest first, but you can change that and view the themes by those that have been on the site the longest.
