Some, however, are contained in an archive and may require the use of a free unzip program to extract out the shape file. Once you've located the CSH file, just open it to add the shapes to Photoshop. To actually use the custom shape after you've added it to Photoshop, select the shape tool from the Tools bar (or hit the U key on your keyboard to find it).
