Sending free ecards is a great way to let friends and family know you're thinking no matter if they're just down the street or across the country. They're also a great way to wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary if you forgot to send a card.

Unfortunately, many of the popular free ecard websites are difficult to navigate, overrun with advertisements, and have only poor quality ecards. Some of the more popular sites will even say that they have free ecards until you go to send it, and then they try to charge you a membership fee.

Here are some excellent websites that have a large selection of high quality, completely free ecards for you to send to all your friends and family for any occasion — you'll find Christmas ecardsbirthday ecards, and more.
