At the top of the screen is a menu icon. Inside are sections where you can create a new Circle of people and view stats on your current friends, family members, and acquaintances. You can also change your settings, send feedback and seek help. At the bottom of the menu are links to other related Google apps: Spaces, Photos and Google Search.

At the bottom of the screen, along with the Home icon, are icons for Collections, Communities, and Notifications. Visit Collections and Communities for topics of interest to you. When you find one, tap the Join link. This is a quick way to personalize your Google+ app.
