The Microsoft Edge Bookmark bar makes those sites even more readily accessible. Alternatively called the Bookmarks bar, it is located below the address field where URLs are displayed and entered; however, because the Edge Favorites bar is hidden by default, you must first make it visible. Microsoft Edge is only available for Windows 10. Other versions of Windows come with Internet Explorer and support third-party browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Opera. Those programs require different instructions for displaying bookmarks and favorites. How to Display the Microsoft Edge Bookmark Bar Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Select the ellipses (...) in the upper right corner of the window and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Alt+x to open the options menu, then click Settings. Set Show the favorites bar to the On position under the Favorites bar section. Select the star icon right beside the search bar and choose Favorites. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Crtl+l to navigate directly to your favorites list. Drag and drop the website you want to appear on the Favorites bar. Select the link that appears under the address bar to navigate to the website. As you add more sites to the favorites bar, all the text can take up a lot of space and look cluttered. If you'd prefer to just see icons rather than text, right click each website and select Show icon only. If you have favorites and bookmarks in other browsers that you want to use in this one, you can import those bookmarks into Edge.
