How to Direct Replies to a Special Address in Outlook

If you compose the email, you shouldn't have to deal with the replies as well, should you? A message from the manager's address, but replies sent to her assistant automatically?

In Outlook, you can specify a special Reply-To: address (to which most email programs will address responses) for each email you send.

Direct Replies to an Email to a Special Address in Outlook

To have replies to an email you send go to an address different from the one used to send the message in Outlook:

  • Open the Options ribbon of the message you are composing.
  • Click Direct Replies To under More Options.

  • Click Close.
