Creating a poll in Facebook is not only fun, but it's also a way you can quickly find out information that might have been difficult to gather in other ways.

You can create a poll regardless if you have a business page or just want to interact with family and friends on a person page.

Create a Poll on a Personal or Business Page

The steps for creating a poll on a page are the same whether you want to poll your friends and family or your brand's audience. Let's pretend we're planning a family picnic or something other gathering.

  1. Log into your Facebook account.

  2. Select the Create Post box, which likely says, “What’s on your mind?”

  3. If you are accessing Facebook on a web browser, click the ellipsis to access the full menu. Scroll down and click Poll. If you are using the Facebook mobile app, just scroll down until you find (and tap) Poll
