Christopher Harper's journey into tech started with a gaming habit at the age of 3, when he began to understand the relation between his button presses and what happened on the TV. In his late teens, this evolved into a passion for fixing and tweaking technology. This included unlocking his first smartphone, an Xperia Play, and flashing various custom ROMs and kernels to improve his user experience. This also included repairing PCs for family members, experimenting with Linux distributions on his own, and eventually building his first gaming PC in 2014.
Christopher's writing experience began when he started ghostwriting at the age of 16 for extra pocket change. Over time, this developed into a genuine specialty and is how Christopher has made a living ever since. Since March of 2015, Christopher has been writing under his own name for publications like MakeTechEasier, providing tech tutorials, reviews, and how-tos, with a focus on PC hardware.
I've loved technology for as long as I can remember, and that love developed into an expertise over time. I hope that through my work, I can share both of these things with you.
