Enter more than one URL to create multiple home pages that open in separate tabs every time you launch Internet Explorer. Select Use default to add or restore the default web page (http://go.microsoft.com) as the home page. Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer and recommends that you update to the newer Edge browser. Head to their site to download the newest version. How to Set IE's Home Page Set your home page in Internet Explorer, and change it at any time. Select Tools (the gear icon) in the upper-right corner. Alternatively, press Alt+X. Select Internet options. Go to the General tab. In the box under Home page, enter the URL for your new home page. Enter more than one URL to create multiple home pages that open in separate tabs every time you launch Internet Explorer. Alternatively, before opening Internet Options, browse to the page you want to make your home page and select Use current. Select Use default to add or restore the default web page as the home page. It defaults to http://go.microsoft.com and removes any additions you made previously. Select Use new tab to set your home page to about:NewsFeed. This also removes any additions you added. Select OK when you've made your choices. You've set your new home page. Remove a Home Page If you'd like to delete a home page: Go to Tools > Internet Options > General. Delete the text with the Delete or Backspace key, then enter your desired URL. Alternatively, select Use default or Use new tab. Or, enter a new URL instead. Select Apply and OK to complete.
