Look at the inside of your Fitbit Versa band and locate the two quick-release pins connected to either side of the Fitbit watch case. Holding the Fitbit watch case in one hand, press the release pin (shown in blue) with the tip of your finger and pull the band away from the watch case. It should release easily. Repeat this process for the other side of the band. Never force anything when changing a Fitbit band, as unintentional damage could void your warranty.
