How to Cancel a Discovery Plus Subscription Online

If you signed up for Discover Plus online, then that's where you can cancel your subscription. Open a browser and log in to your account.

1. Click the profile icon on the top right to open the dropdown menu.

   

2. Select Account.

   

3. Click Cancel.

   

4. Click Cancel Subscription on the pop-up message.

   

5. Your subscription will cease at the end of the current pay period.

Cancel Discovery Plus on Android

If you subscribed to Discovery Plus from an Android device, you need to go through the Google Play store. 

1. Tap the menu icon in the Play Store app.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

3. Find and select Discovery Plus in the list.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription. (Note that the screen will say Discovery+, not Medium.)

   

5. Select a reason from the list and tap Continue.

6. Tap Cancel subscription to confirm your choice.

   

Cancel Discovery Plus on iOS

You can cancel your subscription via Settings or the App Store on an iPhone, depending on how you signed up.

iOS Settings

Here's how to unsubscribe to Discovery+ through the Settings app.

1. Open Settings and tap your Apple ID.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

3. Find and select Discovery Plus.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

5. Confirm you want to cancel on the next screen.

App Store

Here's how to cancel Discovery Plus through the App Store.

1. Sign in to the App Store.

2. Select Manage (under Subscriptions).

3. Select Discovery+ and tap Edit.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel Discovery Plus via a Streaming Device or a Third Party

If you signed up for a service using a set-top box like Apple TV, Roku, or a third-party like Verizon, you'd likely have to cancel the same way. Try unsubscribing online first, but follow the instructions to cancel subscriptions from the manufacturer or partner if you don't see the option. Verizon
