The vector templates at freepik download in a ZIP archive with an AI, EPS, and SVG version of the same template. This category seems to be populated mainly with business cards, but there definitely are logos there too.

The free PSD logo templates are of course in the PSD format, but they too are saved in a ZIP file, so you must open the ZIP archive before you can start using the PSD template.

Even though there isn't a huge supply of these logo templates, the majority of them include lots of smaller logos in one PSD file. So there's technically a couple dozen or more.

Just as the website name would suggest, these free logo templates download as a PSD file for use in Photoshop and other image editors that can utilize that format.
