The program didn't initially support them, but in the last few years Evernote developed a site that supports a variety of common templates. Evernote Template Gallery Templates behave differently on the web version of Evernote. If you find you can't access them when using Evernote in your web browser, try downloading the computer app (for Windows) or using the app on your mobile device. After you've started a document in a template, then you can access it through Evernote for the browser. How to Use a Template in Evernote To use Evernote templates: Visit the Evernote Template gallery and find the one you want to use. Click View Template to see the full document. When you find a template you'll want to use, click Save Template. To use a template, create a new note in Evernote and click the Template button in the body of the note. Select the template you want to use from the available templates listed. A menu appears with three options: Apply template, Rename template, and Delete template. In this case, choose Apply template to apply it to your note. Then create the note as you usually would, changing and adding text and formatting as you desire. This simple but effective service links a given date in popular calendars such as Google Calendar, iCloud, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.com. to pertinent Evernote notes. Using a tool like this means you can keep track of information and commitments in an organized way, which is what productivity is all about. SimplifyDays More Notes About Your Own Evernote Template Collection Create a separate Templates folder. Think of this like a bank. Put your templates, especially those you find from resources outside of Evernote, into the folder, and then when you find a reason to use one it's ready and you know exactly where to find it. To use the template, simply select it with a right-click and choose Copy to Notebook. This step places a copy of this template in a destination folder of your choice. Sharing Notes with Your Team Since you can customize your templates and re-use them as needed, collaborating with your team may be a good idea.
