Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia is a pretty different departure from the rest of the Assassin's Creed games out there, but that doesn't mean you should steer clear of it. In fact, you should do just the opposite and give it a look since it's a lot different than the rest of the titles out there right now aligned with that franchise.

It's the last entry in the Assassin's Creed Chronicles series, and it explores 1918 Russia as you take up the role of Nikolai Orelov, a killer who's interested in leaving the country.

He can't do that without your input, of course, so it's up to you to make sure he pulls off his final heist and keeps the princess Anastasia safe from the Templars who want to sink their claws in her. You're not alone with our tips and tricks, which should help you stay on the path to victory!

Pick those pockets!

If you're going to make a dent in this game, you're going to have to stay on the wrong side of the law sometimes. That means picking pockets whenever you can. Sometimes you might need a special item to complete a mission, and that means you've got to fish something out of a guard's pocket. Nothing wrong with that. It just means you're doing a good job, if nothing else! But you don't want to be caught doing it. That's the problem. The key to not getting caught is keeping abreast of the special zones around the guards that will end up getting you caught. Make sure you don't run when you're in these zones, don't act weird, and definitely don't kill anyone or bother anyone near the guards.

The last thing you need is to be investigated while you're trying to pick pockets. Stay smart so you can get everything you need!

Don't go in guns blazing

It can be tempting to start the game off just doing whatever you want, ignoring the three metrics the game rates you by: Silencer, Assassin, and Shadow.

Don't just kill everyone you see or you'll find your time with the title coming to a swift end. It can be frustrating to have to play by the rules, but in the end you'll be thankful. Play to the Silencer goal by knocking people out and not killing them. Shadow is tougher since you won't even be alerting guards, let alone knocking the mout. Assassin's probably the mode you'll want if you're used to doing whatever you want to do without being penalized. You'll also get the least amount of points possible, though. So if you can help it, try and keep quiet. Your rewards depend on it.

Try and discover everything

It's boring to stay on the beaten path. See if you can find everything the game has to offer by completing all missions, objectives, and finding everything there is out there for you. This is obviously easiest to do when you select the Assassin's performance rating, but try and accomplish it no matter what you choose.
