Apple Drops Union-Themed Beats Studio Buds

The earbuds are a collaboration for Union's 30th anniversary

Apple has announced a new limited edition set of Beats Studio Buds.

The new earbuds are a collaboration between the tech giant and retailer Union to celebrate Union's 30th anniversary. The new Studio Buds feature an eye-catching red, black, and green design on the buds themselves, as well as the charging case.

The design is a tribute to the Pan-African flag, as well as Union's roots as a Black-owned business, according to MacRumors. The charging case also features Union's Frontman logo, which has become a part of the company's history and legacy.

The new limited edition Beats Studio Buds are set to go on sale exclusively at Union's stores in Los Angeles and Tokyo. They'll also be available on Union's website starting on December 1.

The buds will retail for $149.99 in the United States. That's the same price as a standard set of Beats Studio Buds, which originally launched in June.

Beats Studio Buds include all the features you'd expect from a premium pair of earbuds, including active noise cancellation, and IPX4-rated sweat and water resistance. The buds also offer support for Apple's Find My, and the wired charging case includes a USB-C connector.

Apple hasn't shared how long the Union-themed headphones will be available, so fans will want to strike quickly after their release.
