Ann Augustine is a former writer for Lifewire. In her nearly three years with the site, she authored 23 articles on technological solutions for online collaboration and project management and many more to the site's "Collaboration" channel.

For more than 20 years, she has been engaged in collaboration projects involving SharePoint, SaaS, custom enterprise-grade software, training, and raising user expectations. Her efforts have resulted in successful business development and the launch of enterprise solutions.

In her ongoing role as a communications consultant and blogger, Ann's firsthand experience includes helping organizations define in-depth requirements for the business and end-users, beginning with technology selection, development, beta testing, and launch.
