Ann is an experienced technology writer specializing in collaboration tools and managing the communications function for an organization. For the past twenty years, she has been actively engaged in collaboration projects ranging from SharePoint, SaaS, custom enterprise-grade software, training, and raising user expectations.
In her ongoing role as a communications consultant and blogger, Ann's firsthand experience includes helping organizations define in-depth requirements for the business and end-users, beginning with selection of technology, development, beta testing, and launch. For a number of large corporations, results have included, not the least, projection completion, increased efficiency, and engagement.
Ann is not swayed by hyped software and will share her opinion upon request.
Ann received her MBA in Management from New York Institute of Technology and BS in Professional and Liberal Studies from Dowling College.
Ann serves as a mentor for the professional trade association WITI as well as NYIT's alumni mentoring program. Ann also serves as advisor on the NYIT School of Management alumni business advisory board.
