Alan Bradley is a Senior Tech Editor for Dotdash and the head of commerce for Lifewire. He joined the company in September of 2019, and is an experienced culture and tech writer/editor, with a background in journalism and reporting.  


  • His work has appeared in Rolling Stone, Paste Magazine, The Escapist, ESPN, Gamasutra, and a multitude of other outlets.
  • He has over a decade of experience as a journalist, author, and editor.


Alan previously served as a Senior Writer for Future, working primarily for PC Gamer and GamesRadar+. Before that, after a detour through corporate banking, Alan wrote for diverse outlets ranging from Rolling Stone to Paste Magazine, Polygon to ESPN The Magazine about tech, culture, music, games, literature, and more.


Alan received his B.A. in English Literature from Bard College.
