Add an Image to Your Outlook.com Email Signature Before you start, make sure you've created an Outlook.com email signature. Then follow these steps to add an image. Have a logo or image ready that you want to insert into your signature. It should be about 300 pixels wide and 100 pixels high. Open Outlook.com and select Settings (gear icon) from the top-right menu. Select View all Outlook Settings. Select the Mail tab. Select Compose and Reply. In the Email Signature box, put your cursor where you want your image to appear. In the signature formatting toolbar, select Insert Pictures Inline (picture icon). Find and select your image, and then select Open. Select Save. Your email signature image will automatically be included in every email.
